About me

My name is Sonny, I live in southern New Hampshire, which I find to be the best of both worlds, close to the ocean and not a far drive to the mountains.

I’m a bookkeeper, doula, placenta specialist and herbalist, deeply passionate about my work. My fascination with the healing power of herbs began early, driving me to devour every resource I could find. Each step in my journey has been about deepening my connection to the earth and nature.

My journey led me to The Herbal Academy in Massachusetts, a turning point that transformed my life for the better. I’ve taken countless courses and workshops, eagerly enrolling in more whenever possible. With each lesson, my confidence grew, and I began “witchin’ in the kitchen,” experimenting with herbs and crafting small potions for myself, soon my spare room overflowed with creations I couldn’t use alone. I shared them with friends and family, seeking feedback or gifting them as tokens of gratitude. This lifestyle has profoundly enriched me, and it feels wrong to keep these treasures to myself. I’m eager to share the magic of herbs and natural, homemade products, showcasing their incredible benefits when used thoughtfully.

This lifestyle carried into my pregnancy, inspiring me to weave it into my journey of motherhood. I envisioned a natural, out-of-hospital birth, and though I delivered in a hospital, I achieved the beautiful, unmedicated birth I dreamed of. That experience clarified my purpose. The vision was hazy, but my heart knew where I belonged—I just needed to discover the path to get there. The same way I found The Herbal Academy, I found Doula Trainings International and started my journey to become certified as a Full Spectrum Doula.

I’m honored to guide families as they welcome their precious miracles into the world, supporting them through the beautiful journey of becoming parents.

My two passions intertwined seamlessly, in harmony, as one.
